HE GOT JALAPEÑO FACE!

First off, JALAPEÑO is a popular type of spicy pepper. It is pronounced “hall-uh-pain-yo” which sounds a little bit like “all up in your.” The joke is that the annoying pepper is all up in your face.

“All up in your face” is slang. What does it mean? Well, let’s break it down into its parts.

“In your face” means very close to and in front of your face. If someone is in your face, they are usually being either annoying or aggressive. You don’t want someone to be in your face!

“Up in your face” is even worse. If in your face is very close to your face, up in your face is very, very close to your face.

“All up in your face” is even worse than that! It is very, very, very close to your face for an extended period of time.
